LAKE VILLAGE HERITAGE RESORT
The Lake Village Heritage Resort is accessible by both road and water , at Kottayam , the gate way of Kumarakom (a renowned tourist destination in God’s own country), and its just 80 km from Kochi International Airport, 02 km from Kottayam Railway Station and only one km from bus station.
The Lake Village is an amazing reproduction of Kerala's art, architecture, culture, lifestyle, food and entertainment. The flora is spread over 20 acres of lush greenery situated on the bank of Vembanadu Lake. The Lake Village has 17 aesthetically furnished cottages on the waterfront. The cottage has been laid out in such a way that the culture, heritage lifestyle of this beautiful land are well-preserved and private balconies over looking the lake.
The nature and atmosphere of the Lake village is marvel at by the foreign guests as well as the Indian who are frequenting it. An exclusive ayurveda centre 'Dhanwanthri' is a major part of "The Lake Village".
